Position Overview: As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be a core member of our founding GTM team, leading strategic sales efforts with enterprise customers across the US and globally. You'll own strategic sales cycles with CISOs and other security leaders, turning Tonic’s value into long-term partnerships. This is a high-impact role where you’ll help shape our sales motion, customer voice, and early revenue engine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, value articulation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build deep, trust-based relationships with CISOs, SecOps, and other key enterprise stakeholders.
  • Lead strategic, long-term sales processes rooted in value and partnership.
  • Map customer pain points to Tonic’s unique business and technical value.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
  • Represent Tonic at industry events, customer meetings, and key field opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience selling cybersecurity B2B product to enterprise customers, ideally within an early-stage startup.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value, multi-stakeholder deals and exceeding quota.
  • Deep understanding of the modern security buyer, especially CISOs, SecOps, or teams focused on vulnerability/threat management.
  • Skilled in value-based selling and methodologies like MEDDIC, SPICED, or similar.
  • Strong technical and business acumen, ability to earn trust and drive alignment.
  • Collaborative, communicative, and comfortable working independently across time zones.
  • Team player who thrives in ambiguity, builds internal partnerships, and leads with empathy.
