Position Overview: As a Full Stack Team Lead, you play a pivotal role in designing and building scalable, high-performance applications. You’ll work across the stack, from intuitive user interfaces while building robust, secure backend systems. In addition, you will provide technical leadership, mentor other engineers, and lead a small team while remaining hands-on in development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive architectural decisions and help define engineering best practices across the stack.
  • Design and build high-performance, secure applications across the frontend (React) and backend (Node.js/TypeScript).
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and observability by working with diverse data sources and modern infrastructure.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and security teams to define architecture and ship features fast.
  • Set and uphold high standards for code quality, testing, performance, and security.
  • Own production services end-to-end - both cloud-based (SaaS) and on-prem deployments.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of full-stack engineering experience, including backend architecture and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Experience building secure, scalable applications with clean code and pragmatic design.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Comfortable taking ownership and initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Team leadership or tech lead experience is a strong advantage, especially in early-stage startups.
