Position Overview: As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you play a pivotal role in designing and building scalable, high-performance applications. You’ll work across the stack, from intuitive user interfaces while building robust, secure backend systems. In addition, you will provide technical leadership, mentor other engineers, and potentially lead a small team while remaining hands-on in development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example through technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship.
  • Drive architectural decisions, best practices, and collaboration with leadership.
  • Remain hands-on in developing high-performance, secure applications across frontend (React) and backend (Node.js/TypeScript).
  • Work with diverse data sources and modern databases while ensuring scalability, reliability, and observability.
  • Design and develop high-performance, user-friendly frontend applications using React and modern UI frameworks.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product teams to deliver impactful features.
  • Build and maintain a platform, deployed both on cloud (SaaS) and on-premises.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of full-stack developmentexperience in modern frameworks and architectures.
  • Deep understandingof scalable backend systems and API design.
  • Strong frontend skills with modern component-driven UIframeworks.
  • Experience withcloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and automation.
  • Familiarity withhybrid cloud and on-premises deployments.
  • Passion for writingclean, maintainable, and secure code.
