Position Overview: As a Product Designer at Tonic Security, you’ll shape the user experience and interface of our core products. You’ll play a key role in defining how users interact with complex cybersecurity data, translating that complexity into intuitive, elegant, and functional design. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders across the company. This is an exciting opportunity to build and own design at a growing startup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead UX and UI design for core features across multiple product areas.
  • Translate product requirements into thoughtful user flows, wireframes, and polished UI designs.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and leadership to ensure successful implementation of functionality.
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions.
  • Help shape and evolve the unique visual flavor and design system.
  • Work with marketing and brand teams to ensure consistency across touchpoints.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally in B2B SaaS or data-heavy domains.
  • Demonstrated background in owning full design process, from ideation to implementation.
  • Strong UX thinking and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to decompose complex problems into simplified designs and user-flows.
  • Hands on experience with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Photoshop, or similar.
  • Passion for delivering high quality products.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced startup environment with a can-do approach.
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Independent, proactive, and collaborative with great communication skills.
  • Fluent English.
